Cranachan is a traditional highland treat enjoyed for centuries by many in the long summer days.

A glorious mixture of rich cream, sweet golden honey, wholesome oats and with most good puddings a spot of highland whisky! However as the long Winter nights draw in and the land is covered in snow and frost our family always had preserved autumn raspberries. We would make a festive winter’s version of Cranachan full of spice and warmth.

We’re now letting you in on our little Winter secret! Full of fruity flavour try putting over puddings, with bubbly & if adventurous try making a whisky egg froth sweet martini!
